Memorion Quantum is a pioneering deep-tech company based in Canada, committed to revolutionizing quantum information storage. Our mission is to build the “DRAM of the quantum era” — compact, scalable, and room-temperature quantum memory modules that will empower the next generation of quantum computing, quantum communication, and quantum sensing.

At the heart of our innovation is a wafer-scale diamond platform embedded with precisely engineered nitrogen-vacancy (NV) centers, enabling long coherence times and high-fidelity spin-photon control at ambient conditions. By eliminating the need for cryogenic infrastructure, we dramatically lower the barriers to commercial quantum adoption.

A True “First.” 

No company has yet demonstrated a fully integrated quantum-memory chip. Our Gen 1 design leverages isotopically pure diamond NV centers on a CMOS-compatible platform, enabling a direct drop-in to existing semiconductor workflows.

Simulation to silicon.

Full multiphysics simulations are on schedule for completion before June 2025, de-risking fabrication before first wafers.

Defensible IP

Our initial patent will be filed in Q3 2025, establishing freedom to operate and creating a protective moat.

Mass-market pull

Our module roadmap targets a Global Quantum-Memory Market & Partnership.
